Common Q's And A's:

What is holistic business coaching?

Holistic business coaching means working with the whole of you and not just the "business" part of you. I guide you to discover what you really want to be pursuing, to overcome obstacles, and to tap into your strengths all while actively working on business building tasks. I also put great importance on helping you nourish a lifestyle that brings you energy, fulfillment and joy. I help you build a business that aligns with you as a whole person.

How do you define success

Success is different for everyone. It's not cookie cutter. Your success is what makes a meaningful and rich life for you. For most of us that is finding something or many things that we do that give us a sense of purpose. For some of us that is creating our own business, working on passion projects, volunteering, having a meaningful professional life, or caring for others. But it always involves self care and a sense of balance, and strives for a place of ease, energy & enjoyment. In coaching, we find your definition of success and work together to make that happen.

Do all the programs run independently?

Yes. We can work on each program separately and find success in each one. But, they are related and can build on one other. For instance, Clear the Clutter can be a stand alone program and be a good first step to prepare for your business and inspired lifestyle mindset. Explore your Passions, Roadmap to Launch, and Grow Your Inspired Business are separate programs and the right one for you depends on where you are in your business journey.

How do you meet with clients?

We usually meet once a week for 45-60 minutes. If a check-in is offered, that would be about 15 minutes. I think Zoom or Facetime is a great way to meet, with or without video.  We will set up the meeting at a time that works for both of us.
How does Clarity Catalyst for Adults Work?
"Clarity Catalyst for adults" is a self-discovery course based on mindfulness and emotional intelligence practices. It was originally created by Dr. Michael Ray at Stanford University. I consider it a Mindfulness 101 course as it provides an excellent introduction to the principles and actual practice of bringing mindfulness into your daily life. It is an extremely powerful course that can be taken one-on-one with me or in a group. Taking it as a group adds a whole new dimension to the experience. You can form your own group or join one that I help organize. This class is offered both in-person and live on-line with Zoom.

Who do you work with?

I typically work with woman who have some life and work experiences and a level of contentment with their situations and are searching for something a little different, looking for a sense of direction and clarity, and feel a strong pull toward finding and doing something that feels purposeful to them.

Do You do group coaching?

The Clarity Catalyst courses are perfect for groups! And I would be happy to talk to you if you would like to put together a group for re-invention coaching. Workshops are always a great way for a group to have a personalized experience in a shorter time frame and we can select a topic together.

Are you available to speak at my event?

I am interested in speaking and could present an experiential exercise as well. Workshops and retreats are also a great way to bring coaching & mindfulness practices into an event and can be anywhere from one hour to a few days. Please send me a message and we can talk more about this.
